All of children's games and diversions should be directed towards the forming of good and useful habits, otherwise they will be the cause of bad ones. - John Locke - - The TATIANATOI project was started in 2001 with the aim of creating games drawing on expertise in communication and illustration, and manufacturing products whose construction and meaning are rare in the commercial toy sector. - The interest in examining the relationship between the player, the game, and the toy itself is generated by the underlying idea that it is through play that man is able to make sense of the world around him and create his place in it. - - Every piece in this series is one-of-a-kind and entirely handmade. - The objects are each signed TATIANATOI and have been created by TATIANA and MIMMO.
